The Residential Home Builder

In September of 2015, RevTalent was retained by one of the nation’s largest and most profitable homebuilders. The company needed to hire 50 associates (operations and sales support) for its highly-successful mortgage company. After assessing the company and its needs, RevTalent embarked on a pilot program scheduled for completion in three to six months. As a result of RevTalent’s positive impact and results, the project was extended for a year. RevTalent identified candidates, processed them through the company’s applicant tracking system and supported the onboarding of more than 100 full-time employees. We are now working with two other divisions within this business.

The mid-sized Residential Mortgage Company

In March 2016, RevTalent was retained by a mid-sized, residential mortgage company to assist in the regional staff build-out for a new location. Our mission: critical vetting and placement of a Regional Manager. From here, we would continue our work and establish a team.

In six months, RevTalent identified and supported the hiring of three branch managers and 25 associates. The company now operates three full-service production branches and one satellite office with loan originators, processing and underwriting. RevTalent was instrumental in hiring the right people to establish the company’s foundation. We continue to recruit loan originators and other operations staff.

With the RPO model, an immediate benefit to the client was a considerable time reduction in the region’s staffing build-out. A significant and long-term result was the branding we brought to the client. RevTalent contacted and spoke directly to more than 2,500 mortgage-related candidates. Throughout this process, our client’s name awareness and recognition were heightened. This branding component has been instrumental in recruiting highly talented candidates who may not have considered the opportunity to work at the company.
