Our Hybrid model is distinctive with no minimum volume required or binding contract agreements. Contract Staffing

Companies often need to retain associates on a contract/temporary basis for special projects or other short-term staffing needs. RevTalent’s highly skilled Search Consultants can quickly convene individuals or teams to fill these needs. The RevTalent Contract Staffing division will:

  • Take charge; we undertake the role as “Employer of Record” eliminating the need for cumbersome, up-front paperwork
  • Cover liability and Worker’s Compensation insurance
  • Handle all contractor payroll and compensation issues
  • Manage benefits for contract employees
  • Invoice contractor work hours on a weekly basis
  • When RevTalent supplies contractors for short-term or project needs, we also provide efficiencies. There is no on-boarding administrative work and no payroll overhead—the employee is on our payroll–not yours
  • Perhaps one of the most significant benefits of contract staffing is the CONTRACT-TO-HIRE option. Our clients are able to evaluate a candidates’ fit within their organization before a permanent role/offer is presented.
